I love cuisines that are not too heavy, not too meat-based: Lebanese, Israeli and Greek, in particular. A table of fresh salads, cheeses, fish dishes, pastries, egg dishes, vegetable dishes, pita... *sighs happily*-
I totally agree.. I havent tried lebanese and israeli dishes but greek is one of the healthiest cuisine! love their salads...

I like eat different and new things, I would say I like all cuisine, but in order to answer the question I say peruvian cuisine, we have food from coast, mountain range and jungle. Each region have his own dishes. Next chinese food and japanese food. And I like chicken to the ember, pizza, many kinds of burgers, enchilada, tacos, etcetera.-

You're in the right country for delicious cuisines. Did you know that Singapore was named the Glutton's Paradise once. Indonesian and Baba cuisine are my favorites.-

Of course I have to say Brazilian, since that's the subject of my blog. However, I also adore the cuisines of SE Asia, and the countries surrounding the Mediterranean (on all sides - North, East, and South). -
Japanese--and specifically, sushi--
After that, I love just about everything: Italian, French, Cuban, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern--
I am an equal opportunity eater! -

I still like Filipino food as my favorite cuisine . Beef , Fish or pork Sinigang is still my favorite. I just love that sour type of taste hehe.
Next for me would be mexican food. Not the taco bell type but real mexican food. -
