I like 12 gauge shotgun, as that's one of the few I've fired. At clay pigeons.
I live in a city, or at least the burbs. I think a gun would protect my family better. My wife, not a chance. You know who won.-

Here's my favorite gun:
The AK-47 + anything else made by Kalashnikov! Cheap, durable, reliable, and can stop anything with it's sheer, NATO Machine Gun, caliber bullet goodness. Plus it looks AWESOME!-

Actually I was done. But I watched Rambo III last night and saw Rambo kill like 300 people in a few hours. Why does Obama need to send 40K more troops to Afghanistan when all he needs is Rambo? He kicked out the Russians in just a few days.

In all seriousness,I have a collection of guns. I was brought up in the country. I was taught about guns at a very young age. I shot my first gun at age six,which I mentioned above,was a gift. I was raised with hunters,but not only that I carry my 9 everywhere. I have a permit,and it is my right. I live in memphis TN,
I have had an uncle murdered,and just recently a cousin who had 9,yes NINE bullets pulled out of his body.
That isn't gonna happen to me! -

I have a pocket pistol. it fits in the palm of my hand. It has a magnum cylander in it as my ex kept the other one. It is a small wood handled gun. I do not have a picture of it as it is locked up in the gun vault. It never sees the light of day here as I dont have a carry permit yet. I am getting one after the first of the year. Hubby has a big gun and we both have several for hunting. We keep them locked up and the ammo locked up out side the house. -
Yea,I keep mine locked up to,cept fort my 9 I keep locked in the glove compartment of my car. I only wear it if I'm going into memphis at the mall,or going thru a bad part of town.

My favorite: A Red Ryder BB gun. Loved it. Wish I had kept it.-
I have two of those. One really old one and one new one. Then the camo one to scare off stray dogs. My 5 year old son is pretty good at using his red rider when dad takes him out back to use it. Gun saftey at an early age is a good thing.

Water Pistol, maybe a paintball gun-
If you freeze the pait balls they bruise really bad. Also the ever lasting gobbstoppers work good in those too. My ex and his friends did all that to each other and also made bottle roclet guns and shot them at each other in the woods behind the house. It was all fun until one hit me in the ear and went off. Then I took them away from them.

Ya know what, I have forgotten about my bb gun. That is actually what I learned to shoot with. I must've ben around 5...that is what the girls should learn with.

Water gun. Super Soaker.-
We got a super-soaker for my Husband's last birthday (June). He was psyched and went to fill it so he could attack the boys.
Little did he know they had stashed two coolers of freezing cold water balloons in the back yard.
(Not that I had anything to do with it...)

I am a hunter that grew up in Northern Ontario so my favourite gun is the most useful. The 12 Gauge Pump! Although, I love my bolt action 4-10 which was given to me by my dad (it was his first gun). It is the perfect grouse gun. All this talk about guns has me wanting to go hunting! -

Considering I'm an Artillery soldier... my favourite gun is the M777 Howitzer.
My favourite firearm is the C7. -

Growing up in the UP Michigan I have spent a lot of time firing guns of all sorts. Of the firearms that I have tried I think my favorites thus far are either the AK47 and my old .308 Winchester rifle given to me by my grandfather. I also have a soft-spot for 16 gauge pump shotguns, as long as Im firing slugs.-
Both classics. Shotguns can be really fun but you miss out on bird hunting mostly if you fire slugs.
