What is your favourite flower?

Most of us love flowers, but our choices vary from person to person.

I love all flowers but some of my hot favourites are lotus, white fragrant flowers and harsingar.

I have to say Gardenia. It smells wonderful. I believe my young Gardenia plant that I bought (2 summers ago?) finally has its first bud.

I also really like Grancy Greybeards, though their blooming time is so short. I love to 'happen' upon violets in the woods. And I want a Forsythia plant because it reminds me of my Grandmama and her place. She had one growing at the corner of her house.

  Gardenias, without question. Had them growing up. They were the flowers I used on the men's lapels at my wedding. Roses probably come second because I like the smell and they are among the easiest plants in the garden to take care of and they bloom for such long periods And they're essentially xeric.

Lilacs.

Those sweet smelling purple flowers that have already heralded the return of green. Plus, one of my aunts loved them and so every week I had a new one sitting on my desk when I awoke in the morning.

My favorite flowers, Scent-wise, lavender, jasmin,magnolia,lily of the valley, lilies, peonies, roses and for the beauty of the flower - camelia, orchid, tulip,gerbera daisy, carnations, mums and bird of paradise. Cluster flowers - red flame of the forest, bourganvillas, lilac and cherry blossoms. I think I have covered only some of my favorites.

  I love yellow flowers, too. I live off a dirt road and during the spring and fall, the banks are covered with bright yellow flowers all the way until the dirt road ends. They're weeds, really. But that splash of yellow is so cheerful and bright.
