I have just about achieved mine. To reach as many family members and friends with what's going on in our lives, on a daily basis. This has replaced my weekly newsletter (that everyone used to like). Now, I only have to send a link. Any supplemental detail information, I send out as a personal e-mail. I'm lovin' this. It works for me. Everything else is just 'icing on the cake' - Nards

My goal is to give others a chance to see that there is someone else out there in the same boat. It is a challenging life being a second wife with a crazy, evil, mentally unstable, criminal, sociopath bio mother involved.

Oh one other goal is for myself. Venting on this blog helps get the frustration out and eases my stress.

I have two purposes for my blog: 1) to keep track of what audiobooks I listen to and what I think of them 2) to inform others of how many good free audiobooks are out there and help them find good books for listening.

My goal was to have my own place to practice writing, to have my own magazine like space in the big yet small www where I can post anything I want, of course to have readers coming and commenting (so I know I am not just rambling to myself but someone is actually reading and picking up whatever I post).

The paid for post thing just happened as a hype the first few months I got my blog public, now I don't really care about it, I blog what I want when I want which was my purpose for having my blogs.

It's also my outlet and have my friends and family members read my thoughts so they know I'm human, more human than they think I am.

Hmmm, this blog is about being completely honest with my Self in my current state of Mind; to vent and let go of the unconstructive shit that seems to get stuck in my head; and to share with others who are in...er, an ambivalent relationship. In all truthfulness, this is a spiritual Journey. I am not concerned about the ranking or popularity, but the reasons for people stumbling upon it. If there are one or two people with whom my Words resonate and perhaps provide guidance, this would be enough.

My blog is an outlet. It's my journal, plain and simple. Things I find funny, irritating and even simple mundane things get discussed there. Quite possibly it is only interesting to myself and maybe a handful of family and friends, but I find it very theraputic and far cheaper than a therapist.
