Flowers founder and author Mike French just finished an interview with author Tom McCarthy in which he asked him:
What’s your ideal night out/in?
This was his answer!
'I once woke up to find, on my coffee table, a pair of skimpy knickers, white powder residue and an open copy of Francis Ponge’s ‘La Partie Pris des Choses’. I can’t remember what I’d done the night before - but whatever it was, that’s my perfect night.'
So what’s your ideal night? In with the cat watching TopGear or out on the town?
Do tell, here or at flowers (for comment luv) or both!

Cheers!

Hmmm, my ideal night out would be going to see one of my favorite bands, in a bar packed to the brim with punks and skins, getting a bloody nose in the mosh pit - stomping some neo-nazis, seeing everyone that I love and adore...loads of good natured sparring, hugging, flirting.... and hum....just having a WILD time!
My ideal night in would be cuddling up to a good movie, with hot coffee, good chocolate and popcorn

My perfect night out involves a babysitter (for the kids)
a well groomed husband, (would be nice for a change)
a short black dress, low back of course
a quiet dinner
many glasses of wine
a nice hotel room overlooking the city
hold on....I want to check in with the baby sitter....
a bed....I just want to sleep!!!
The perfect night out for me would be just having a good night sleep in bed with my husband, no kids jumping on us, no worrying about them in the middle of the night. -
Ideal night in, can't be published presently.
Ideal night out - with friends, restaurant, few glasses of rose wine.
Or a trip to the theatre -
A night in has to be the perfect romantic meal and the most amazing bottle of red wine - low lights and soft music..... I won't go into the post meal activities as no doubt it would get sensored..lol!
The perfect night out is a meal in a nice restaurant with a great bottle of red wine, followed by a trip to the theatre and then a romantic walk along the riverside in the moonlight.
