    I don't think I have one. Seriously, I've been to therapy, self-help meetings and read as many self help books that I could find. I swam with the dolphins, skydived, paraglided... helped an elderly woman through the last months of her life and was the one to be with her the night before she died... everything I could do in hopes of producing a clue. Nothing.
