I like to play basketball and softball. At 59 I can still play with the young guys. I may not be able to keep up with them but I can still dazzle them now and then.
My favorite individual sports is riding my mountain bike and roller blades. -

When I was younger, Badminton, I was to go to the Olympics but had a major injury and lost out on the chance. Now, Ball hockey for sure. I not only play in a mens league, but coach a PeeWee team, and I am the Vice President of the Surrey Minor Ball hockey League.

Sport? Pfft. My idea of sport at school was annoying the PE teacher who made us go out in the cold in a t-shirt whilst they were wrapped up in 5 layers of clothing.
If I had to pick one, netball was always a favourite of mine at primary school. -
I obviously don't play these, but, I love to watch memphis tigers. Man! they had the freakin game last year. It still hurts to talk about.

I run in about 15 races a year, so I guess that's my sport, but I enjoy body building and bicycles much more. I'm just not as active in them.
As for my running, I am an above average age grouper. Nothing special, but I get a few medals each year. I am not competitive in the overall males catagory however. I would blame that on the bodybuilding as i carry more pounds on my bones than the other runners. -
Greco Roman Wrestling was when I was in school (5th grade to 11th grade).
Hockey is now the only sport that matters. -

There's so many.
Ultimate frisbee is great simply for the running.
Ball hockey is fun, as is volleyball is good. I also enjoy basketball and soccer for fun.
I'm pretty good at most of them. I'm not the most athletic, but I play smart, so it makes me seem better than I am. -
Curling!!! (Just kiding)
Cycling (Road, Mountain, Freeride, Downhill) it's the best what other sport can you do that can raise money to help others with cancer, aids, MS, Diabetes, and Autism (I know running and walking, and probrably numerous others) but it's more fun on a bike. Oh and even if you aren't the next phenonom you get people to stop and look just for riding a wheelie or doing a track stand at a red light. -
