      Pop ups, were my friend when I just started blogging. I couldn't comment for a while when there was an inlaid comment form. I altered my PC settings and now everything is fine. So for me it doesn't really matter.

      That's why I'd changed mine, too. People were having trouble.
      
      Of course, that was also when it was in beta. I see it's now an option under the non-Beta blogger. So I've put the inlaid back for a trial period.
      
      We'll see how it goes.

   I dislike pop-ups and have a pop-up blocker on my browser. I prefer inlaid comment forms.

   I went to inlaid form when I changed templates... I definitely get more comments than when I had pop-up.

   I have never came across a comment form which pops up. I think inlaid form is a popular choice. I say stay with it if you are in doubt.
