What kind of tape is best for creating a sculpture?

If I were making a tape sculpture I would make it out of heavy duty duct tape, I used it to hoist up my boobs during the prom and it actually worked. Job well done, thanks to the good ole adhesive.

A good jazz tape of recorded music. That's the kind of tape I would use.

Now tell me where exactly one can buy a tape deck to play said jazz music you speak of?

I still have my boom box and it is in pristine condition. Try an antiques store like circuit city.

Maybe masking tape would work pretty good, it is easy to appy and reapply if need be...

Are you making a sculpture? That sounds interesting. Are you gonna blog about it and have pictures?

I wasn't going to make a sculpture it was a random silly question to break up some of the seriousness going on here at BC. But you have just given me a project....I will make my way to the art supply store and see what different kinds of tapes the artsy fartsy folks think would do the trick.

I'd use electrical tape, because it's very flexible, sticky, and comes in a bunch of different colors.

hmmmm... there are a lot of artists here who would take that question very seriously:) You might just have to make a sculpture now.

Oh, and the answer is, it depends on whether you are using a wet or dry medium:):):):)
