What Makes Your Blog Unique?

What do you believe makes your blog stand out from the rest of the pack? Have you dedicated yourself to a topic so thoroughly that you are the expert? Perhaps you write better than anyone you know, so you can engage people with your writing? What is it?

I think my blog is unique because it delivers a perspective on films which grades it as an art, from acting to visual composition. I only review films which deserve recognition. I thought that there was other people which want to see great films, from the diverse, to the mainstream, thats why i began blogging.

Our blog is unique because it's the collaborative effort of an eclectic group of people on a wide range of topics, with a progressive viewpoint.
The site is mostly uncensored and unmoderated, although spamming and ad homs are not permitted.
It's funded by donations and managed by volunteers so we are totally ad free.

My blog is unique because it focuses on only one thing: the benefits of classical music (both listening, and learning to play). It also has multiple authors and is 100% free from advertising. Anyone can become a contributor by requesting to be one.
I also don't censor comments except to remove spam. ("Great site" + link = spam) -
because i'm writing it? i'm pretty sure no other blogs are written by me. hell i don't know.-

My blog is diffrent because I do not care if you read it or not. It is to inform people about homesteading and raising hogs,bees,cooking and gardening. I started it so our friends could keep up with us. Now I actually get comments and visitors.-
I'm guessing you may have cornered the hog blogging market.

My blog consists totally of my aphorisms, which is a little unusual. But I agree with Bullgrit that we're all unique. -
My blog is all about cricket.[ history and contemporary] ..I like it as this is my first attempt. Done quite a bit cutting pasting,but i still like it.

It's not just on one subject.. it's about everything and anything that pops into my head. -
With SO much competition out there in similar or identical niche' as my own, it is very difficult. One thing I think that makes my blog stand out is it is neat, clean, and honest. I get to the points I want to make pretty quickly. I also get positive feedback on my writing ability, so that helps! LOL! My blog is just over 1 month old, but I am so passionate about my topic in helping Admin Pro's that I just have to carry on and try to help this group get the treatment and recognition it dserves. I also don't have Ads of some kind in every corner of the page, which I think is a good thing. I'm a newbie, so we'll see what happens. Best to all!, Trish

wow great thread. Ok my blog is unique in a sense that I write and review Celtic music and I am from South East asia. I have a comprehensive background in Western Music being able to do huge amount of research wehn I was in college. I do interview with Artists and also update my blog most of the time.-

I'm attempting a fiction blog, which are notoriously unpopular and unsuccessful. That's what makes it exciting, charting rough territory without having to worry about broken bones or typhoid. Or bear attacks.

Since there is noone else like me I make it unique. realmenrock.blogspot.com is a blog written from my point of view on the life issues I have faced. I try to make it interesting and impactful. Sometimes I succeed and then well other times it just plain sucks. -

I guess you could say mine is unique because I started it really just to keep intouch with family back home. It kind of grew where more people started to read it outside of family.
