What matters is that you dedicate yourself to being a little better today than you were yesterday!

Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed on an equal or greater benefit.
Napoleon Hill
First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.
Napoleon Hill
Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to cut all sources of retreat. Only by doing so can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind known as a burning desire to win - essential to success.
Napoleon Hill
Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything.

Prepare for Your Journey
By Brian Tracy
Preparation is the mark of a professional. Preparation is also the mark of a successful person in any field. As you move upward in any occupation, you will find that the top people spend far more time in preparation than the average person does. The top 10 percent in any field are always more thoroughly prepared in every detail than those who struggle for a living in the same occupation.
Guard Against the Worst
For me, as a professional speaker and seminar leader, the worst thing that could happen would be for my luggage to be lost and for me to arrive without the clothes and seminar materials that I need for my speaking engagement. To guard against this situation, I carry all my essentials on board with me, never out of my sight. Because of this habit of advance planning, I have never had an insurmountable problem because of baggage delays or losses. On the way to your destination, in the achievement of your most important goal, continually ask yourself, What are the worst possible things that can happen? And then guard against them.
Plan for Any Eventuality
The mark of a superior thinker is that he or she assumes that the worst will happen and makes provisions against it. Napoleon Bonaparte was once asked if he believed in luck. He replied, “Yes, I do. I believe in bad luck. I believe I will always have it, and I plan accordingly.”
Brian Tracy -

Step on a crack, break your mother's back.
Fake it 'till you make it.
Gotta go along to get along.
You're a poet and don't know it.
What goes up, must come down.
Don't get too big for your britches.
If you think you know it all, you don't know it at all.

Why does personal development and growth seem so difficult? It's all about change. And change is difficult. Thus, in a positive change management program the first thing you have to work with is your resistance against change. Many people think that in order to change their life or grow as a human being, all they need to do is set goals, make some plans, manage their time better, say an affirmation or two from time to time, become more disciplined, work with a daily planner and a goal minder. Unfortunately this is completely wrong and will only cause you more grief and distance you from your real goals.
There are lots of self declared gurus on the internet as well as in the book stores who want you to follow such rigid routines and they are not actually interested in helping you but want you to continue following them so that you become dependent on them and thus, be able to use you as a predictable source of income. I will not recommend that you follow these charlatans. Instead think for yourself and try to come up with something that can put you on the right track for the change in your life that you try to accomplish. You don't need to receive fish from other people. -
You change your core fundamental beliefs. You believe you are supposed to be healthy, happy and prosperous. You believe you are worthy. And when you are confronted with dozens of situations each day, most minor, some bigger, and even some that are major-you expect good things to happen to you!
And because you expect good things to happen to you-you approach life differently. You approach it expecting to end up on top. And because you believe it-that's exactly what happens! Ain't it great?

Oftentimes what happens with people is they think so much of a goal and get so 'attached' to it (which on some level can imply on a focusing on the lack of it) and create so much pressure and tension for themselves that they restrict their own flow. And of course if someone is tense and feeling pressure, that is not as supportive of a fluid attractive vibration as might be the case otherwise. Whereas when you are in a good feeling place and appreciating and loving your experiences, what you want can't do anything other than come into your experience, in you being in that wonderful place you are a powerful attractor.
When someone is 'trying' for something, by implication their attention tends to be more on the outside on the object itself rather than on themselves. Instead, it is about you BEING from a certain place which in itself is attractive to you HAVING.

You may have started out in life with wonderful dreams of what you will be, do or have. For some these may be rich and vivid dreams, whether in terms of work and career (or finances, and LOTS of them!), love, family, health and living a wonderful and extravagant life. For others it may be things which are perceived as being more humble and modest, such as working with the environment, helping animals, working with children, helping those in need, etc.
What happens for many is, as they say, life happens. Sometimes it may be they end up on a path that veers them away from their original dream. It may be they take up a job or a career that they believe prevents them from pursuing their dream. It may be that they get married and/or have children, or something else occurs and they find their time and focus taken up.
YOUR DREAM IS ALIVE
Whatever your dream, it never died. Your dream has always been alive in your vibration and still is to this day. Your vibration - just like the Universe and the spiritual part of you - always expands, it never contracts. Even when you think you have done something wrong or made a mistake, you have never grown smaller but have expanded, always. You are expanding vibrationally in each moment with the choices and preferences you make in your life.
Your dream has always been alive.
It may be that the dream is not important to you in the same way, and that is fine and that is your choice. It may be that it was something which at that time aided your growth and experience, and now other things are important, and that is fine too. In likelihood this will mean that you may have other dreams now too.
So, ask yourself:
- When you think about the dream (or dreams), how does it FEEL?
- Do you doubt you can have it?
- Are you scared of it?
- Are you limiting yourself? Are you from a place of limitation and fear about it, rather than faith? -
Thank You for You

Science and psychology have isolated the one prime cause of the results you get in your life: - the hidden image you hold of yourself. This hidden image controls what you believe is possible for you earn, to achieve and to deserve.
It's like the thermostat on your heating system. If you have the temperature set for 72 degrees and the room temperature rises to 73, the thermostat shuts the heat off.
In the same way, when you reach or exceed the level of performance or income that your self-image is set at, it will find ways to shut you down, turn you off and sabotage all your efforts to do better.
Your self-image is the major block between you and your infinite potential -
If you placed 1 Million Free Ads and each Ad only created $1 in profit .... you would be a Millionaire!
It's not likely that every free ad you place will create a profit but even if only 1% buy from you and your product has a profit of only $7 each sold .... that would be $70,000.00 .... not to mention what this could do for your list building! -

Everything we do now is on the up n up, if you got one doubt in your mind that you can't trust them they gotta go now because its to late later. -
What is it about the light ..and when it breaks through.. that keeps me so captivated? The Power of Light can enchant you if you are open to seeing it's Radiant Language! How can you not notice the beauty and power..the way it creates mysterious pathways through windows and drapes itself powerfully across the room in Magical Patterns? When did you last notice the sunlight crashing through and straight into your world!? Call me strange..but I become entranced and so mesermized when it dances through my decor..or paints a picture on my wall. I am in awe of the light and when it flows into my inner space, I cannot help but feel tickled and blessed by that magical Lightshow !
Thanks...Kiki

Jesus said "If your leaders say to you, 'look, the kingdom is in heaven,' then the birds of heaven will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather the kingdom is inside you and it is outside you. When you know yourselves, then you will be known, and you will understand that you are children of the living father. But if you do not know yourselves, then you dwell in poverty, and you are poverty"
THAT is one of my favorite quotes... -

You cannot expect to achieve new goals or move beyond your present circumstances unless you change. #LesBrown
Life takes on meaning when you become motivated, set goals and charge after them in an unstoppable manner.
You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream

On this day of your life, my friend, I believe God wants you to know that you should act like you expect to get into the end zone.
Football coach Joe Paterno said that, and boy, did he have it right. Nothing substitutes for positive thinking. Nothing. It is more powerful than all the money, all the influence, all the 'friends in high places' on earth.
You only need one friend in high places--and you already have that. So go ahead, expect to get into the end zone. You'll find that you do, 90% of the time.

The ideas I stand for are not mine. I borrowed them from Socrates. I swiped them from Chesterfield. I stole them from Jesus and I put them in a book. If you don't like their rules, whose would you use?

So what will it take to get you out of your comfort zone? I don’t mean the old comfort zone you’re so proud about breaking out from last year. I mean the new comfort zone you’ve created since then.
Would you admit you’ve gotten complacent? Got comfortable at a new and higher level – but comfortable none the less?
So what are you going to do about it?

We all think we want success, happiness and prosperity. But is that really true?
When I coach people on prosperity, one of the biggest issues I see is the worthiness one. They actually don’t believe they deserve good things. So on a conscious level they strive for them, but on a subconscious level they sabotage themselves.
Then there’s the hero’s journey…
These are the people that create extra challenges in their lives, so they have a more heroic story on overcoming tragedy. I did this unknowingly for years. When I finally realized what I was doing, I decided I didn’t need the drama any more. Keep your heroic stories, just give me the money!
So how are you doing on this? Do you believe you deserve success? Have you been subconsciously creating more hardship for yourself? Are you willing to accept the abundance you deserve?

I should have stopped with the first one. But I didn’t miss the second opportunity. Do you realize how fascinating it can be to watch a centipede crawling along, moving all those legs in rhythm?
There is much beauty in simplicity. And the simple things. A snowflake, a leave, the smile lines around someone’s mouth, or the elegance of a sunset. But sometimes we get so busy we fail to appreciate the beauty all around us. So how are you doing on this?

Are You the Architect or Victim?
In past posts we’ve talked about the real reason things happen to all of us. So did you do some real thinking about that, and what you are manifesting in your life?
Do you see yourself as the architect of everything that happens to you, or still believe you are a victim of random happenstance?
If you’re like most people, you think something like this: “Oh I agree with Randy on the power of the mind and how we attract and manifest things, EXCEPT for this bad stuff in my life right now, because obviously I had nothing to do with that!”
Of course most people would be wrong.
-RG -
We all get busy and put off things from time to time. We all procrastinate on some things, even if it is just once in a while. And some people procrastinate on things a lot.
But what’s the real reason?
One thing we know, is it’s not because you are “too busy.” We always find time for the things we want to do. So if you find yourself procrastinating on something, it’s worth a little thought:
What do you usually procrastinate about doing? And why do you think that is?

The Power of Concentration
Concentration. Seems like a simple enough concept. But how often do you forget about it?
Do you get distracted into too many projects at once? Do you start something then get a little bored so you start the next one? How many times is your work distracted by email, Twitter or chat requests?
Sometimes the new thing seems like the sexy thing. But the smart move would be to concentrate on and finish the current thing. And some projects would get done a lot quicker if you turned off the email, social media and other distractions until you finished them.
So how are you doing on that?
