   I hated Vista and installed Windows XP. I wish I could switch to a Mac but I can't because the university platform doesn't work with Macs.

      My advisor in grad school made me use Unix. My God that OS made my head hurt. He also made me learn SAS instead of SPSS--that bastard--but I am grateful to him for both today.

   I have Windows Vista on my main laptop (which I use as more a desktop computer by now) and my Dell Mini 9 laptop dual boots with Ubuntu Linux and Windows XP, I mostly use Ubuntu on it but I need XP for some work stuff.

   Anything but MS stuff. I even have an old DIGITAL VAX/VMS running here at home with a nice alpha processer (a shame those went "lost").
   However, mostly Linux.
