I had a google pagerank of 2 and now I'm back to 0. Can someone please tell me why the decrease? I greatly appreciate it. I did change to a custom domain, but I made sure to verify my site.

If you mean, as I think you do, that you moved your blog to a new URL, then it's an entirely new site in the eyes of Google. If you have the ability to use a 301 redirect from your old blog, eventually Google will make the connection, but if you can't do that then you are starting from scratch.

Don't worry about page rank anyways it's over rated

I went to www.iwebtool.com that checks google page rank and msscorpia.blogspot.com is still a 2, but when I check my new custom domain, allthingsscorpia.com, I'm a 0. Oh well, I'm just going to keep on posting quality content.

MadameX is right your new domain will need to acquire links to get pagerank again.

You won't be able to 301 redirect from blogspot currently though.

yeah that's it right? Don't worry about page rank you just need to worry about quality writing

People don't go back to your site to see a PR 1,2,3,4 etc... they go back because they like your content

Q: Do google also do a manual check of blogs to see if it contains quality related posts???
