What thing to do before u sleep?

I will :
sit infront computer online,
go toilet brush teeth ,
wash face and
think what i was done today and then straight go to sleep.
One day,after lerning some thing and i change my habit.
Pls reply 1st before check out the link bellow for referrence,maybe you will change your habit too=P

Before I go to bed, I:
1. drink some chamomile tea or some warm milk with honey
2. Meditate for about 15 minutes
3. floss and brush my teeth
4. wash and moisturize my face -

You can try my way.soak your feet with "warm water" before sleep can make you relax and easy sleep.You also can try other ways from my blog.Wish it help^^
Do not take too much sleeping pill in long term.The habit can easily become an addiction.Maybe you will chronic suffering from insomnia if sleeping without sleeping pill.

I can't sleep without a tv or radio programme on in the background...so I usually find a radio drama to listen to before I go to sleep.

1. Spend some quality time with my laptop
2. Change into pajamas
3. Turn on crappy television shows
4. Complete my hygiene ritual
5. Check the closet for evil monkeys
6. Set the sleep timer on my television
7. Set my alarm clock
8. Re-check my closet for evil monkeys
9. Turn off the lights
10. Turn the lights back on and check my closet for evil monkeys
11. Turn off the lights
12. Lay in bed
13. Yell at the evil monkeys in my closet, "I know you're freaking in there! Don't even think of trying to get me in my sleep because I know you're freaking there!"
Then I fall asleep clutching a baseball bat to protect me from the evil monkeys. -
I walk into my bathroom to see if the floor is cold. If it is, I put on a pair of socks. It will be even colder in the morning and I like to be prepared.

I make sure the doors are locked, make sure I have a glass of water on the table next to me, set the tv timer, call my cat To-be because if I don't let him in with me he'll sit out in the hall and cry, and I set my alarm.

Me:
1. run a quick scan over my mind to make sure that there's no virus stacked from the mundan life,
2. do my supplications,
3. then close my eyes
The idea is does sleep come or not

I usually plan the nextday's activities like what to cook,what to wear etc this saves me lots of time in the morning.Then i close my eyes n imagine whatever i love to do or be in future.Sometimes visualise myself being in a country i wanted to visit.This gives me lots of happiness as if i really been there n done that. With that feeling i get a great sleep.

erase the paint on my face (i mean make up. hehehe...) check if I switch off and turn off all the lights and the stove, and read a book on bed.

I meditate, then do a banishing rite. Then I set up my notepad and pen for me to jot down my dreams of the night. I often have a string of hypnagogic dreams of various sorts, sometimes dreamspeaking sequences or go into full-scale set-up dreaming which has the same duration as lucid dreams from REM sleep.
Then comes Stage I sleep. -
I read about guns and listen to the newest songs on hypem.com which is a music blog aggregator and is completely free/awesome. Then sometimes I blog at www.iwillescape.com. Today I wrote one about stupid laws that are designed to protect borderline retarded people from themselves that I am stuck living with. I'd appreciate it if you all checked it out. (shameless request for some views)

I try to read for at least half an hour because that's the only time during the day when I can manage to read a book (with real pages made out of paper). I often fall asleep while reading and I recommend this to anyone suffering from insomnia.
It has to be a novel, not a magazine or newspaper, which would only stimulate my mind too much to fall asleep. -
