Boring answer: spend the day playing with my little sister and explaining to her that I wouldn't be able to see her anymore.

If this was my last day on earth, then I'd probably commit as many crimes as I possibly can, just to see what I could get away with.

If I had already said good-bye to my loved ones and was certain I had left no words unsaid, I would drive to my favorite lake in the mountains, equipped with fishing supplies and of course the ever present pen and paper, and I would spend the day in the peace and beauty of nature.
