I'm off to bed now. It's just coming up to midnight here in sunny Northern Ireland. I guess I usually go to bed about this time any night, whether I am working or not. If I stay up late on the laptop, it would be no later than 2am.
Course recent medication changes and hospital stay means I'm pretty knackered all the time! I do still have to sleep during the day for at least 2 hours as well.
Check out the gritty details of my experience as a psychiatric patient at www.alcomum.blogspot.com from the post entitled "Looney Tunes" onwards (subtle, I know!)
What time do you normally go to bed at? And do you ever nap during the day? If you can't, would you if you could?

Still weirdness going on re my bedtime...
I continue to be knackered all day, then get quite energised about 7.30pm every night, and could happily "start" my day then. Today, I had to go back to bed to sleep. Twice. And I was so tired the first time that I fell UP the stairs. Then from 7.30pm tonight I have done laundry, bathed the kids, organised school uniforms, hoovered and washed all the downstairs floors.
I guess I should be thinking about bed now. But yet, although I have taken my meds, I am happy sitting here on the sofa with my laptop and Greys Anatomy on in the background.
Sleeping routine all up the left! But could be worse. While I have to get up early and get the boys out to school, I can then go back to sleep.
And will hope fully find energy to attack hair tomorrow as energetically as I attacked the dirty floors tonight...

Now a days, I usually go to bed around 2a.m. I used to sleep later than that but because I work out in the morning and need to get up around 10a.m. so I go to bed earlier. Too early because it's 2 a.m. hehehe.. I don't have time to take a nap coz I have to work. Of course I would if I have time like on weekends.

When I'm tired, which can be anything between 8pm and 1 or 2 am. I seem to get more tired when I do less during the day.
And it's so hot here at present (in Greece, apparently up to around 40 degrees the last couple of days) that the only comfortable times for working are early morning and late evening, so an afternoon nap is often a good use of the time between 2 and 5 pm. -
10 pm on school...erm...work nights.
I don't have a regular job, but Hubby does. He gets up at 6:30 and is out the door by 7:15, shortly after which I admit the maid and my day begins.
On weekends it's not much later. We are kinda habituated to the 10 pm thing and we have a PVR (TiVo type thing) so if anything really good is coming on TV, we just record it.
