       I know right? Now I remember why I never rented Lucky for me the landlord sees the guy is nuts so he is giving all of us upper level tenants a full refund of our deposits and letting us all out of our leases. Sadly he has to evict the weirdo through courts, but the rest of us were exposed to a "health risk"
