jack off or whack job....not sure why but I like saying them
  10. legbamel
Hapless, wobble, and fuzzbucket. I just like hapless and wobble. Fuzzbucket reminds me of a really furry cat, fluffy with a sharp edge. In fact, once I got one I started saying it more. I haven't the faintest idea where I got the word in the first place, though.

Means "A Bicycle" but sounds Oh So pretty!

Italian always sounds pretty, even when they are cursing, jajajaja. The total opposite of German.

    Moot, bejeebers...

I also like saying some hockey player names.

Serge Gonchar is a favorite. But Darius Kasparaitis is another fave-- it always sounds like some sort of inflammation.
    1. aningeniousname
Serge Gonchar sounds like a Russian venereal disease.
    2. legbamel
I collect fun names. Recently, the best have been German--Klinkhammer and Schimmelpfennig--although Beebout came in a close third.
    3. ThriftShopRomantic
Oh wow... some good ones there!

Writer PG Wodehouse was great with coming up with bizarre memorable names that are fun to say... Two I can think of--

      "Catsmeat" Potter Purrbright
      and
      Augustus Fink-Nottle
    4. legbamel
One of my all-time favorites is Yelamanchili. You could go so many different ways, with a name like that.

Hmmm, I can think of words I can't stand.

    Paradigm, gestalt, zeitgeist

Three words so overused and rarely used correctly.
  32. Anok
    I also like parapetetic.
  33. harveyavatar
If you mean peripatetic, that is a great word.

    peripatetic
c.1400, n., "disciple of Aristotle," from O.Fr. perypatetique (14c.), from L. peripateticus "pertaining to the disciples or philosophy of Aristotle," from Gk. peripatetikos "given to walking about" (especially while teaching), from peripatein, from peri- "around" + patein "to walk." Aristotle's custom was to teach while strolling through the Lyceum in Athens.

    Aka Peripatecian
    1. legbamel
Yeah, but it's a great thing to call someone with a limited vocabulary. Apparently it gives them the idea that you think they are so pathetic as to be paralyzed.
    2. Anok
Yep, that's the one. (Damn dyslexia)
    3. harveyavatar
I was looking for a title to a new blogpost today, and what fit perfectly? Peripaticians!! lol
    4. legbamel
