What you do to maintain your slim and fit body?

    I taebo three or four times a week and jog daily. I also have two children that like to play outdoor sports and I play with them.

      course they might object, they're both over 20. I'd take the younger one if I were you. The big one's messy and gets bored too easily.

    I have a list in my kitchen that I have used quite literally throughout life:

    - Go easy on the fats in beef, pork, lamb or dairy.
    - Prefer vegetable oils to lards or shortenings in cooking.
    - Favor fresh veggies and fruits.
    - Avoid heavy use of salt and refined sugars.
    - Good diets do not rely on drugs or fancy preparation.
    - Get plenty of exercise and outdoor recreation.

    From a diet book? Nope, never read one. This list was released by writers Ancel and Margaret Keys in "Nutrition, Metabolism and Cardiovascular Diseases" in 1959. That's right: 1959!! It's that simple, and all this new-fangled hype is just a big money-making machine that is WAY more interested in keeping individuals over-weight and struggling. Makes me furious.

    To that list I'd personally add "get quality sleep" and "keep stress levels low."

    Eat healthy and be active. Exercise or simply walk everywhere as much as possible. If this is not enough, get a puppy - you won't have time to eat and plenty of reasons to run around.

    I have yet to achieve the 'slim and fit' look....oh wait, i recall the days when i did have the 'slim and fit' look....oh the days of youth

    Work out five days a week, eat at home not out and get a minimum 6 hours sleep.

    I go to gym about 3 times a week, trapeze at the weekends and 2 hour water aerobics on Sundays and I still don't have as much as a toned body as I would like lol x

    i do yoga regularly in the morning and stays fit.

    I swim daily to keep myself fit and healthy, gives me loads of satisfaction and good looks too. But I prefer natural waters over pools, coz water's so good when it's natural with fresh air. I specially like to swim in sea.

    coz shape is not important and doesn't give u more than a shape

    as u know japan recently celebrates More than 40000 Japanese aged 100 or over

    of course that is not because of going to the gym

    but they eat healthy food and exercise every day

    3 TO 5 miles a day running, and pilates
    I'm also pretty young - that helps.
