My blogs are about health, wellness, truth and freedom. It is my mission to help educate and guide people toward maximum physical and mental wellbeing while effectively creating a cohesive community of individuals with a passion for truth and a better life. I hope the information helps you.

The marriage between large agribusiness and the small brand Organic industry has already happened and you should be aware of the impact on your health and pocketbook. Organic food is definately the better way to go but this situation may be leading to the marginalization of Organics and misleading consumers into paying higher prices for a product that is not what is is purported to be. Phil Howard from the Dept. of Community, Agriculture, Recreation and Resource Studies at Michigan State University has worked tirelessly to put together a flow chart outlining the connectedness and infiltration of large agribusiness firms into the Organic industy in an effort to make people aware so that we can be proactive in monitoring and addressing any potential issues regarding the bastardization of organic food. Check out the flow chart on my blog. I think you may be suprised. You can read more here if interested in deeper assessment of the state of your food squidoo.com/livesmart. Stay vigilant. Rock on!!

Classic..good for you girl..Rock hard!! but I choose to seek a little healthier alternatives...especially since the hormones & antibiotics in factory farming chickens leads to decreased sperm counts(and probably impotance) So for me to maintain my OMFG sex life I will stick to the Superfoods & greens but still slam some brews and puff a CAO Maduro to balance it out. :-) You blog sound very interesting. I'll check it out.
