So I'm writing an article for my book about the craziest, weirdest, maybe even most dangerous weight loss fads people have tried.

Let me know what you've done.

Before I was a personal trainer and nutrition consultant (many moons ago) I tried everything! Cabbage soup diet, grapefruit diet, Isogenix, the thighmaster (lol) and anything else that was hot at the time.

    My friend got lipo around his midsection to lose weight, but he never changed his diet. All the fat eventually went to his face.

      Lol, I know a bodybuilder that did the same thing. He got rid of the stubborn fat around his midsection, but now he has a weird pocket of fat higher up on his back.

    maybe you'll follow my site because it's one big diet wonderland.
    i've tried A LOT of crazy things.
    my most recently stupid was giving up being a vegetarian to do a low carb diet. haha
    my immaturity never ceases to amaze me! jk lol

    Atkins - lost 11Kg ( i think thats about 22 pound ) In 2 weeks. But thats only because you can't bloody well eat anything. And then of course I got fed up with it and put on double what I lost.

    I think a healthy diet and exercise is the only real way to go

    Well you should never diet to loose weight it’s mostly about calories consumed and burned; this is why I created the simple calorie chart.

    As for the most dangerous diet that I have seen and wrote about it’s the negative calorie diet.

    This is not a diet and most people will loose inches around their waist first then an average of 5 pounds the first week.
