Besides, BC:

1) CNBC. Keeping up with the financial markets.

2) Also, MSNBC, for general news headlines.

On a regular basis, though not everyday:

1) DigitalPoint for technical discussion.

2) NamePros for domain discussion

I visit various Domain and Wordpress blogs now and then, but nothing on a regular basis. How about you?

    Actually Google has the best news headlines of all and it is fast loading.

      I look at Google and Yahoo News, when I want fast, up-to-date headlines. But I prefer the MSNBC layout.

    I visit facebook because i have a big family and there are always new pictures to look. I love being able to view the pictures because some live far away and this makes us feel closer to share pictures. I love using it to catch up on news with family and friends.

      I just started getting into Last.fm. It's really an excellent site for music. My tastes are somewhat eclectic and I can find all sorts strange music I like.

    Rich, I visit CNBC as well to check the financial markets, but distrust many of their views. They seem to have drunk the government bailout Kool-aid. What do you think of their agenda?

    Why link dropping is not in your best interest at BC
    We can click any username here and arrive on a BC profile page (that counts for a BC view stat for the applicable member). We can then find the blog url on that BC profile page and click it (that counts for a BC hit stat for the applicable member). Those stats are considered and included in our BC blog rank. And our blogs are positioned in both the Directory and on the BC tag pages in accord with our BC blog rank.

    So every time you drop your blog link into a comment on this forum you are losing potential "BC blog rank juice".

      Thanks for the hint timethief. Self-promotion seems like a reason to be here, but it's good know that dropping your own link doesn't help.

      @hypnotips
      You're welcome. BTW you may want to read the sticky post at the head of the forum Read Before Posting because it contains the guidelines for posting to the forum.

      Blog promotion amounts to more than a lame link drop. Bloggers ought to be able to provide a winsome descriptive statement about each of their blogs that "hooks" readers in, and makes them want to click on the username and locate the blog.
