   A few movies which I love are :
   1. Jerry McGuire - I love the protagonist's character and how he persists and struggles to win. The background score is awesome...It's a very human story. I have seen this movie n number of times.
   2. Matrix - I love the underlying philosophy in the movie... To quote a favourite line from the movie "Dont think you are, know you are!"
   3. Catch me if you can - Wonderful plot
   4. Harry Potter series - I love these fantasy movies :-D

   Matrix - The fights, the tech, the effects, the philosophy
   Star Wars - because I am a geek
   Batman(both Nolan films)- Because Nolan took them beyond just being Superhero movies
   Godfather - because it is Godfather.. nuff said
   V for Vendetta - because of Hugo Weaving, and because the Wachowski brother made a better movie than Alan Moore's comic(as if that were possible)
   Memento - Can't imagine a better screenplay than this
   Fight Club - Edward Norton's portrayal of a disenchanted individual was amazing
   The Prestige - because it is a Nolan film
   Truman Show - I actually used to dream I was being constantly watched all the time, when I was a kid
   
   in no particular order other than the order in which listed
   
   I like some Indian movies better but 90% of this board wouldn't know them anyway
