We ought to be proud of the name Hippie - and we''re doing our part to take the name back for what it really means. Because we all know if it weren't for hippies, we wouldn't have solar power, hybrid cars, clean air/water acts, and of course a return to organic farming!

None of those things are things I care about. Hybrids are for douches, solar energy is meh, organic farming? Seriously? I live in Kansas. There's nothing but farms. I don't care about clean air or water, I'll be dead soon enough. Oh and I will be cremated, I don't want the earth to feed on my dead body.

I had one a couple weeks ago that had spinach, grilled chicken, grilled mushrooms, and a garlic cheese sauce on a thin crist and it totally rocked.-

Ham pizza form Pizzeria Italia in Hermosillo.
In Tucson: Oregano's mushrooms thin crust pizza. -
New York City pizza. Plain cheese and tomato sauce. Can't be beat.-

Its a toss up between just a simple 3 cheese pizza or the 8 meat pizza which obviously has 8 different kinds of meat.

While in Auckland, we stopped at this place called "Organic Pizza" - it was actually pretty good, perfect thin crust and lots of choices for vegetarian/vegan and omnivores alike.

The 5-lb. Mountain Pie as made by Beau Jo's Pizza in Colorado. I've had pizza all over the country and world, but this one's unique--deep dish, cheesy, saucy and with a few green chiles (a local favorite), hard to beat taste-wise.-

- My favorite is my husband's homemade pizza. I can order the toppings I want but I usually prefer Mediterranean (pesto sauce, sun-dried tomato, artichoke heart, spinach leaves, kalamata olives, chicken breast strips, pine nuts, fresh basil, bell pepper, onion, feta cheese or mozzarella cheese, asiago and provolone cheese mix.) The crust he makes is superb and all our friends say his pizza is their favorite too.

There is nothing like a home-made meal prepared with lots of love - the most important ingredient in any dish!
