   I loved Shakeys when I was a kid. They had a big window where you could look in and watch them make the pizza. (Back before you knew how much the pizza making guy was pulling down per hour, it was easy to dream of wearing a big hat and making pies all day...)
   
   Now, I'm in podunk nowhere Midwest. So close to Chicago, and yet so far (if you know what I mean.) So, it's tough to name a favorite.
