What's Your Music for the Road?

I recently went on a roadtrip with some friends to Wamego, Kansas - the home of the Wizard of Oz Museum! To prepare for our trip, we each made a mix CD. I made one called "Girls Gettin' Gone" I posted on my blog.

So what is your music for the road? What songs do you absolutely have to have? What artists are made for that open stretch of highway?

We usually have it on The River (plays classic rock). But some great songs, for us, are Stranglehold, Bad Company, Renegade, Melissa, Sweet Home Alabama, and Unchained Melody

I love Sweet Home Alabama! I don't think there is a jukebox in the South or the Midwest that doesn't have that song on it.
