I wonder why an Internet referral dares exclude any language other than English ... How Chinese or French are a problem ? I do not mean Blogcatalog ... But another tool. I find this disturbing attitude.

One possible reason: if the site wants to know what the content is, it might not be able to handle anything other than English.

If I were running a site for whose content I was legally responsible, I might want to know what content is on that site. Perhaps I can't read French. What then? Requiring English might be a logical, if unfortunate step.], stoneman ... I am withdrawing my discussion:)
