   I don't think the stock market will crash, but the trade deficit we've gotten ourselves into will definitely cause inflation to skyrocket.

   I have doubts it will ever "crash" again. Lose a bunch of value, yes. But in the last 30 years or so that I recall as soon as it loses a certain level of losses it gets shut down to prevent an actual crash.
