I found www.homepaidwork.com and I've had good results, but I'd like to make a little more money.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Sometimes you can turn a hobby into a source of income. I love antiques, for example. I buy them, refinish them and usually keep them. If I don't then I sell them, often online. That's just one example. Maybe it can work for you. Good luck!

    If you can be "away" from home for periods of time, you may also consider that the space program is looking for healthy people for micro-gravity projects. I have done two projects for them, preparing for a third.

    It's double-money, really, because while inside, I had ample time to do my computer work... I've made good money as a writer for many years. It's no different than working from my home office, I just shut off services for the month or so I have to be down at Johnson Space Center.

    Details of the programs are on my blog if you follow my profile link. You must be healthy... and being at NASA is really fun. I've gotten lots of swag, met some astronauts, had front row seats at an Apollo 13 reunion, etc.

    What's your level of education? I teach university classes online from home and I absolutely love it! I work for about 5 different colleges and universities as an adjunct. It really pays well too. You need at least an MA to do this though--that is the only catch. But there seems to be a lot of this type of work available--I am turning down jobs right and left (even still) right now.

    Good luck!

    This is not far from being the oldest thread ever.
    1. melindaville
      You know, Friday--I think threads that are longer than a year old should be exterminated. I really do--I always forget to check the date on threads. I don't understand why people keep bumping up old threads.
    2. Friday13
      Getting rid of them is one option. Another option would be to have the timestamps stand out just a tiny bit more.

      Something like this:

      It just might work!

      @melinda
      I don't understand why people keep bumping up old threads.

        In many cases when old threads are resurrected the motivation appears to be to drop a link into them. Sometimes we witness a member who will resurrect several threads all on the same topic, and when that happens there is almost always link dropping going on.

        I think threads that are longer than a year old should be exterminated.

        I would like to see threads that have received no comments after 30 days automatically locked. That way the threads can still be read and if there's something new to say then any member who wants to can start a new one, and even post a link to the old one in the OP, if they so choose.
    4. Friday13
      But, but, but ... what about my idea? It took me all of five hours* to make that mockup!

      Seriously, now, I think the auto-locking threshold should be something between three or six months. Most of the bumped threads are much older than that (see: this thread, avi1979's post), and the necroposting problem would have a minimal LoA (Level of Annoyance).

      * okay, minutes
    5. timethief
        I have reconsidered your idea and it appears to be brilliant. Now explain it to me, again please (she said while shaking her blonde head) ... lol
        If the date were larger and in red then members might notice it better. But I doubt that it would deter link droppers from resurrecting threads. Maybe I'm just cynical. [shrug]
    6. Friday13
      Then, there should also be four Captcha paragraphs that will pop up when attempting to necropost.

      Most spammers will give up halfway through the first paragraph
    7. timethief
      @Friday
      Multiple hard to read captchas!
      Yup -- you are indeed a bright and shining star.
    8. melindaville
      @Friday. Did I ever tell you that I think you are brilliant?

      Well, I do!
    9. Friday13
      I know! I mean ... aww, thanks. I'm not, really.

      The admins need to see this thread.
    10. timethief
    11. Friday13
      Yes, yes. But now, we've got mockups!

      Mockups!

    In all honesty I'm glad this thread came back to life. I had never read it before. There is some good info that I can pass on to other people.

    Today is my first day working from home. I am stoked. I will be helping my husband post new products on his online store while he's at work. I also hope to start my own online store at one point. Apparently, you decide what you want to sell, find a wholesale distributor, order some product and set up a store on amazon or your own domain and promote it using Google ads.

    Hello friend you may try for paid forum posting jobs and paid to review site. They are legitimate. Well I have mentioned some best online jobs on my blog. You may visit it.
