I had a nostaligic morning today and decided to do this simple youtube post.

I love the first version

This is a shameless Song promotion of someone elses music from the seventies, actually 1969

I listened to both videos and left a comment too. I'm not great at commenting. I never know what to say. IMO they were interesting and charming from the lyrics standpoint but not great musically speaking.

Great song - my husband does this one and it's one of my favorites.

Your husband plays guitar, it's a really good song to throw in a set at the right time.

Cool old song and video. I love seeing stuff like that because it's so unique and the words have such meaning that you really have to listen to take it all in.

Have you heard it before, it's part of our music history here

Great idea Tony, your nostalgic mood is contagious...Sarstedt is regarded as one of those one hit wonders over here. I've always liked that song though, it has elements of mystery to it.

I love 60/70's pop, even if I can do without the fashions!

He did have Frozen Orange Juice as well

I had no idea it wasn't a hit in the US, everybody here over a certain age loved it
