Where is a Good Guestbook Service? (Help!)

Hordes of spambots forced me to close a guestbook that I'd handled manually.

(This started as a website-related question, but a sort of catchall guestbook for a blog would be nice, too, in addition to comments attached to specific posts.)

I'm looking for a guestbook service, and I don't expect much (!). just something that's:

Free
Reliable
Has a Turing test to separate the bots from the humans
(Ideally) can be put in a cell on a static Web page (yes, I use tables for formatting)

Do I stand a chance?

Does anyone have recommendations? Advice?

    Maybe Haloscan? I'm using it on my tumblelog. I did a $15 donation to avoid ads, but it's free otherwise.
