"In Bruges." I had never heard of it but the description on NetFlix sounded interesting. It turned out to be a really good movie! I'd highly recommend it.

Last: Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Basically enjoyed it, as I do most Woody Allen movies. Typically depressing ending.

Next: Le Deuxieme Souffle by Jean Pierre-Melville. French film noir from the mid 60s. Been watching a lot of those lately.

I watched the first 40minutes of 'Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' last night. This one: uk.imdb.com/title/tt0340083/

It was so absolutely horrible that I had to switch it off! Clunking script, excessive voice-over, pantomime Victorians, and clichéd direction...I turned off when they did the 'zoom into the eye and see his thoughts' bit...snore!

I'm planning on watching 'Bright Young Things' later...fantastic film and exactly what I'm in the mood for!

Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants Part 2. Silly movie, I can't believe I watched it. Plan to watch Up, I think its by Disney/Pixar.

I watched "Away We Go" with John Krasinki and Maya Rudolph directed by Sam Mendes. It was good. It was a lot better than I was expecting. I was dragged there and I thought for sure I would be bored. I wasn't bored. In fact, I really enjoyed it. Before that, I saw "The Hangover". Hilarious!!!!

I watched Bogart and Bacall in "Key Largo" It was okay but not in the same league as their other films.

I last watched "Drag Me to Hell" and it made me jump at least a hundred times and scream twice. A little on the loud side, but enjoyable nonetheless.

I plan on watching chick flicks all weekend to remind me how pathetic my love life is currently. It's good for the soul.

Really? You're telling me you got scared more than a 14 year old girl?
    2. MissSuzie
I wasn't scared. That movie had too many things popping up suddenly. I was just "caught off guard."

      @Miss Susie
There's nothing wrong with chick flicks! I recommend "Strap on Sally 6"

its fun to watch horror movies if they are not too gory
    8. Stillthinking
I saw that! I really liked it and was really scared. Not gory at all. Just really scary.
    9. MissSuzie
@ST: It wasn't gory, but had its share of gross (really gross) parts. I'm glad I ate after the movie and not before (I think I would have lost it).
