I'm not exactly clear about what it is that you are expressing. I hope the following information helps you.
I have no doubt about who works for Blog Catalog and who doesn't.
The BC Admin members are:

Admin members rarely post forum threads or post comments into them. They monitor them and they respond to "reports" made by members who click the report button. They delete threads and comments and threads that breach the community guidelines for forum posting found here in the sticky thread at the head of the forum titled Read Before Posting www.blogcatalog.com/discuss/entry/read-before-posting-1

hmm.. actually, I did not know about www.blogcatalog.com/user/AleexMac ....
I have never seen this person before in any chats or comments either - although the search shows 5 comments from this person since May 1st, 2008 .. and, I presume this person is a SHE (and not just using a female avatar by a male person named Alex)
But then again - you know my philosophy .. if it doesn't affect me .. why should I care!? -
