Which Social Networking Sites Do You Use & Enjoy The Most?

If you are like me, you have joined a number of social networking sites. I was working on an article for my blog and I started thinking about how much time I spend networking online. I track my results using Google Analytics and I can clearly see where someone came from when they visit my site. That made me ask myself a question that I want to ask you.
What social networks do you find to be the most useful for you and which ones do you use the most? BlogCatalog? MyBlogLog? Friendster? FaceBook? MySpace? Whatever?
Also, what social network do you ENJOY the most?

I join a few social networking sites. It's rather hard to keep up with your networks if you join more than 10. BC is definitely at the top on my list. I also use MyBlogLog and Friendster.
Here's a list of social networking / bookmarking sites you might be interested to join. It's so far the largest list online. www.bloggingmix.com/2007/12/10/promote-your-blog-for-free-through-social-bo...
Happy blogging.

bloggingmix you have a nice list, but, it isn't the biggest on the web. I have a list as well that I put together in December and added to my blog after a redesign in January. When I was doing the research for it, I found two lists that were more substantial than anything I had ever seen. One was a list of 501 bookmarking sites and included the ones I have plus many foreign language sites and the other was 350 sites in length. I only added sites to my list that I actually checked to make sure that they were working and viable. I got tired at about 120. Thats why I stopped at 122. :-)

Besides BC, I like Facebook and LinkedIn. I get some referrals from all of these. I'm in other networks, but there's only so much time in the day. This is the one where I'm most active, tho. best, Kay

suburbqueen I know what you mean (I made a little rhyme!). I am an absolute blog catalog addict. Stumble has really got my mind going too. Sometimes its so hard to stop stumbling.
bloggingmix - LOL - I have one of those list style posts too. The problem is that there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be active on all of them.
ekim941 - I like MySpace. I see you are getting to be like me. You've joined more than you can remember. I actually have a spreadsheet I use to keep track.
champdog - It can be time consuming to put all of them together in one place. -
I use blogcatalog, twitter, facebook, stumbleupon, digg, and a few others. It kind of gets overwhelming so I sometimes have to give myself certain days for certain networks. It has been working so far

BlogCatalog - That's about it now. I've tried MySpace, LiveJournal (my #2 community, by several lengths), and Daz 3D's ArtZone (good, but full of artists - of course) and some others.
It's not the technology here, so much as the people. It's possible to get a discussion thread started, with comments and replies coming on a scale of minutes and hours, rather than weeks and months.
What can I say? I like it here. -
I've tried MySpace, but the only people who want to be my friends are prostitutes. Think I can do better elsewhere, but don't know exactly where.

I use Friendster for my Filipino friends,
Facebook for my Canadian friends,
Yahoo 360 for my yahoo chat friends then
Multiply a mix of the friendster and yahoo 360 friends and that's where I cross blog, meaning all my post from all my blogs shows up in there
and BC now for my blogging friends

hahahah pureblogic...US friends are in my Yahoo360 and here in Blog Catalog

have you tried Go Smell The Flowers? a blooming social site with 20 founders and an ever growing number of regular contributors as our garde grows.... some interesting topics and posts.
Verdict: Very addictive, great bunch of people, don't be put off by the title!

Hrm, not one MyBlogLog mention. And yet, I know that there are people who swear that it's a great site for social networking. I wonder if you could profile people's personalities by whether they prefer BC or MBL.
I'll have to check out the flowers. I thought it was a multi-author blog, not a social networking site. I'm curious, now!-
Ha! Ha! You know what legbamel? After I started really getting into Blog Catalog I stopped visiting MyBlogLog as often. MyBlogLog changed their layout and I absolutely HATE it!!!!!! I think it is sooooo horrible looking. It was nice the way it was. I hate the layout so much that I don't like going there as much anymore. That flowers thing is a multi-author site, however, they say that the ability to join and all that social networking stuff is coming.

I discovered a new social site called next2friends, logo is on my website. Please visit cus it is very different.
It is quite interactive, new and allows more room for connecting with other members. It is not a Bloggers networking site per se. I upload all my videos there and link my articles to videos from here.
The good thing about this site is I can use my mobile phone to capture videos for streaming live images. -
I think Blog Catalog is one of the top best out there.
Another one I use and usually can generate lots of traffic at is Link Referral

It requires some time and energy on your part, but it is worth the trouble. I seem to do quite well there. -
i am not interested in any social networking sites but if my friends want to chat with me or viceversa we use orkut.com
