   Hels

   Every evening after work my handsome black labrador (Rudy) welcomed us home with warm, wet licks. Then he pulled a leash over his neck, walked to the front door and sat, waiting to be taken for a walk. We walked to the closest espresso bar where Rudy sat outside and attracted customers to come in for coffee.
   
   One day the dog got lost, so he walked to the very same espresso bar and sat there, until the owners called us to say the labrador was waiting. In the meantime other customers gave Rudy meat sandwiches, to keep up his canine morale.
   
   I cannot speak for ALL dogs, but I think a labrador is cuter, more intelligent and more fun to take to the beach or shops than any cat. As my avatar shows
