    Not me. No money.
  2. WT
Not me. For now at least, I want readers and discussion. I enjoy reading the user comments as much as I do writing articles.

Not even trying. No adsense or ads whatsoever at my blog.

I'd like to see someone actually earning a real month salary from his blog. I'm not talking here about the big players, but the average blogger.

I'm not making money blogging, but I am making money "freelance writing" and I owe it all--experience, traffic and even a few clients--to blogging. careysaysums.squarespace.com/journal/rss.xml

I starting to gain more sponsors if you can go sponsors and rent links for blogs www.snowboardingschool.blogspot.com is sponsored for the second year This will put money in my pocket. The only thing is that I have a big crew so instead of taking there money for lift tickets I comp them comps We are a team. I want to start a magazine from all this.

I can tell you about how much money we made from the deal 3000 in lift passes and save 40% on lodging 1800 for a total of 4800.00 in trade off perks

www.commercialdrivertraining.blogspot.com My new thing do is to rent On links this site I will rent one link at 25.00 6 links each state in the country. Also for that money I gave the companies a choice to add one video a month for truck driver jobs or company training video sent out a few email to owners. I spoke with this morning They did listen and give email addresses. This is not impossible with good real content that will truly help and some of that content will now come from the companies for training.

So if I can pull this off 6 links times 50 states = 300 links at 25.00 a month=7500.00 a month and I own 14 blogs. I think it's all just a matter of time well spent online. This is the way I see it in my head but some have said I am sick in my head. It's so crazy it might just work lets see.

Nothing for now - hopefully in a month I can start getting some sponsors though.

We've turned down offers for ads and sponsorship and instead focus on our flowers anywhere in the world. Every 2 weeks we hold a 'free flowers' contest and all subscribers go into a free flowers for 2008 draw! So making money it not the priority, providing a service is!

Does being paid by a blog network count? I work for 451 Press, and was making percentage of ad revenue. They changed their pay scale, and beginning with October 1 we now get paid per post plus CPM.

Not sure if that counts, but that's how I make money blogging.
  13. Nicholebeard
I make money through ppp and bloggerwave, blogitive, smorty, blogvertise ect i make around 300 a month sometimes more sometimes less?
  14. bradblog2

  15. mdsanta
i added adsense and did a bloggerwave post, still waiting to see some green. I just wanna make enough to cover the few dollars I've spent on blog itself. like domain, hosts, bag of chips. soda, corvette...

lmfao!! oh that was freah!~ hahahaha
  16. infonistacrat
I make a little. At the pace I am on, I will pay for my hosting fees, plus enough for a good bottle of Tequila, which makes it all worth it. lol
  17. wares4life
I've made roughly $4300 between the two blogs that I have. This is based on aff sales/leads and a few recent ppc options that have taken off like gangbusters.
    1. exinco
wow pretty good. wanna share u tips
  18. CallCenterVet
    PPP through sponsoredreviews and smorty.
Earning some having people watch videos on my blog.
    Adsense
    Referral programs

    That's it!... so far... LOL
  19. footiam
I wish I do but I am sad to say that I don't. I try to monetize my blog but my friend say they clutter it and make the downloading slow which annoys readers. So, I get rid of the ads too. Hope something nice will happen in future.
  20. gmoney
I think it would be cool to set up a network of bloggers that would help each other make money.
Finding ways that worked and sharing. Adsense is decent, widgetbucks is the next.
From what I can see... blogging for money take time and traffic building techniques ... a lot of the big guys out there started years ago.
It is not rocket science but it also takes time
  21. exinco
adsense so far. i'm waiting my approval from smorty
  22. anyfreebies
Blogging for money is not an easy task. But if you really would like to make money through internet, why not use your writing skills? There are clients out there who need your freelance writing services because they do not have enough time to do the job by themselves. Others would even ask you to create a blog for them. Use the search engine to look for those kind of opportunities. =)
  23. anyfreebies
If you can offer other services such as Graphic Designing, much better

getting paid blogging is very popular although google is penalizing those paid links there still have reasonable money...the only question that you have to answer though is that which one is more important to you traffic or money. If you're answer is money then join PPP, Smorty, Sponsored Review, Blogvertise, blogitive, bloggerwave, blogging ads and even subvertandprofit.com
then money is guaranteed. For me, honesty is more important...i put disclosure to my blog so that my reader are aware that my blog accept compensations.

    i hope this help.

about 2500 a months with 2 portals and 2 blogs.
But i hope it will be more soon!
My portals are online for over 4 years and it took me a while to get there.
But i can only give you the advise, focus on the content first cause this brings traffic to your site! I think it took me nearly 2 years before i put the first google banners on the site.
  26. Abdalla
Adsense - Not much currently around 100-200 a month,
Sponsored Reviews - $300 - Direct and Smorty/Sponsored Reviews NOT PayPerPost.
Link Sales - None yet, but thats because I aint selling until the new theme is ready!
Banner Sales- Also coming with the new theme.

^^ My blogs as for PPC, you can only imagine
  27. leongaban
Well my focus right now is not monetary gains, but traffic gains so I'm working in that direction.

But so far a little over $50 tru a combination of adSense, amazon, auction ads and other affiliates.

Note once my traffic jumped and spike I actually noticed some google ads paying me money on CPM which is pretty nice

I have heard of that stuff before what is this thing called money you speak of :o)
  29. mtchick
I've made $32.07 on Adsense since my blog started in September.

I can buy a lot of diet Pepsi with that.
  30. thajmode
I've been trying for 4 months now,,, still nothing good...
  31. CallCenterVet
Got paid over $500 doing reviews on my 2 blogs for the first month. Hopefully more next month!
    1. ezrich
      CallCenterVet,

I'm surprise that your PR is still intact. Most bloggers who are member of PPP have their PR ranking demoted, including mine.
  32. bloggerdollar
Got more then 10$ for my first month at my blog www.bloggerdollar.com. I guess it's a good amount for the first month. I also started making money from Hubpages. You just write the article and get share of adsense displays. Money goes directly to your adsense.
    hubpages.com/_directin/user/new/
  33. dolphinswink
My first blog at dolphinswink.com earns me some money. Mostly via affiliate marketing in promoting skill games. I just started with Adsense so can't say whether or not that'll be successful.

My 2nd blog, eyeofthedolphin.blogspot.com includes adsense (minimal, to keep it non-intrusive) and Amazon. I donate 10% of my earnings to my favorite organizations involved in saving our marine mammals. I am new to Amazon, so not sure yet how well that'll work out .. but I can hope.

Overall, given I've been blogging for over two years now, I really haven't earned much. I mostly write because I enjoy writing and am passionate about whatever it is I'm blubbering about. ;-)
  34. leongaban
Well my efforts aren't currently focus on monetizing, although it may look like that if you visit starfeeder.com/blog but right now I'm just experimenting while trying to build traffic.

Nov was our biggest month revenue wise, about $11 from Google adSense, few cents from other affiliates. This month however after starting in the Rubicon Project rubiconproject.com/ we've seen a huge (relatively huge) growth in revenue. Up $7.40 as of today, starting to get $1.00 a day now, but its the mix of their quality ad network(much more creative ads then google image ads) as well as our high traffic(due to viral campaigns) and stumbleupon = CPM, ctr is about .22% which is pretty guy for us so far...
  35. emiltsch
    I am too...let's just say it's a decent amount.

  36. BlogBadly
I'm starting to use Adsdaq.com and it's quite effective - I had an amazingly low CTR in Adsense so I scrapped it altogether and am now using a fully cpm network. I get about $3-12 per day depending on traffic level.
    1. varniticula
Adsdaq sounds pretty cool, but does it interfere with Google's TOS?
    2. varniticula
nevermind, I guess it does work hand in hand
    3. BlogBadly
Apparently it doesn't. They even encourage using their ads as a platform for Google ads - they have an option that allows you to enter your Publisher ID and ads will automatically appear whenever they don't have any of their ads to show. It also works for other programs.

      Here's some more info exchange.contextweb.com/sellingdesk/proddemo.html
  37. jhaney
How I wish I could also make some greens from my blog.
  38. ezrich
First I blog for traffic to build my readership. Money come later.
  39. varniticula
Okay so the whole adsdaq.com thing doesn't work with blogger.com/ Blogger doesn't want adsdaq ads on the site... damn
  40. daisythecurlycat
I have just installed adsdaq on my Blogspot blog and it works fine.
    1. varniticula
Give it a day or two... blogspot will make adsdaq use your back up ads... maybe its because I don't actually own my domain name, oh well
    2. BlogBadly
How high are you setting your rates? If it's too high then you'll definitely have a lot of other ads appear instead of Adsdaq ones.
    3. daisythecurlycat
varniticula, I set my rates pretty high because I only want to use Adsdaq if I can make more than with Adsense. So far (and this is only my first day), I am getting around a 36% fill rate with Adsdaq ads.
    4. varniticula
Well I'll copy and paste what it says in my adsdaq inbox:
blogspot.com has been declined to serve ads from Adsdaq.
Since this domain name has been declined, any Adsdaq Ad Tag that is placed on any page within this domain will automatically pass all impressions through to the Backup Tag(s) assigned to that Ad Tag. The Backup Tags will still function normally, but Adsdaq will never serve paid ads into Ad Tags called from pages on a declined domain.
