Why i start my blog?
At first my purpose for blogging is just want to keep the info or pictures which i am interested, so i won't need to search around, and get some extra income from adsense. But the outcome from adsense is damn low, only few cents per day. (now just put there, earn my few cents -_-").

For now the reasons to push me blogging is the encouragement from other people. Also i have learned how to edit the html, know more people, improve my language (abit) and fully use my time. (better than do nothing)

So what are the reasons for you to continue blogging, kindly share here.

I just needed a simple web page that I could use to personalise the opportunity I promote. Blog pages are simple for me and the people who choose to join me in business.

I've always loved writing and I wanted to promote my market stall so blogging about it seemed an obvious choice. I've got four blogs now but could go on forever. For now this is enough!

An added bonus has been finding lots of really good blogs to read. I spend more time than I should checking them out but it's worth it.

My mom encouraged me to start because I didn't want to get involved with myspace or things like that. I can keep in touch with family and give opinions on things, which is my favorite thing to do ;-)

I started blogging based on the suggestion of a friend who was impressed with my writing skills in the chat rooms.

The ability of being able to say anything without fear of reprisal was an added bonus.

But overall, it has allowed to grow as a writer, meet new people and explore more of the real world than I was previously able to do in the chat rooms.

After I retired I have so much time. I decided to write a personal blog and compiled my old pictures, and newspapers clippings. After a year, I have compiled enough material for an autobiography. It is now in book form which I plan to give to relatives as my Christmas gift this year. Currently, I have 8 blogs on life in US and in Marinduque, Philippines. I called Marinduque-my island paradise. Please visit my site

As far as making money from adsense, forget it, so far I have earned about a dollar total from my eight blogs. I do enjoy blogging very much.

It was a way to show photography and have people comment. I have learned alot this past year by reading blogs on photography and can see the improvements made already with just one year of blogging.

Alright, I'm going to try and refrain from making this too epic...

I decided to migrate over from my home of 24 years, NYC, to Sydney to see if it's possible to live with the bf and not eat him alive. I was a freelance graphic designer over at A&E television networks at the time and he just got promoted to a manager position at Panavision. As the freelancer, I figured it was much easier for me to up and leave than it was for him, even though I was just getting my feet wet in the motion graphics industry post graduating college in 2007.

Naturally when I got here, I got all freaked at not knowing where anything is and having to adapt to somewhere new..I also hated not having something to call my own right away. Shortly after, I decided to keep myself busy by teaching myself stuff and therefore learned CSS, HTML, Dreamweaver and a tinge of Java in a few months. I studied a little bit of php/mysql as well but it bored me a little. I ended up doing a new website every so often to verify what I had learned and make sure I understood.

All my websites thus far had been informational and were hard to update frequently so I wanted something I could update everyday. I became fascinated by the blog stuff and being able to write about stuff that has bugged me for years really lol. I taught myself the ins and outs of Drupal and used that to get started. And that's pretty much how my current main site started, which I do consider to be a blog in it's core.

Woo, hope that wasn't too long!

Haha money is always the underlying reason, it's just better if we come up with some intricate purpose that makes us look good!

I'm a bit of a know-it-all and have a hard time restraining myself from sharing all my information with the world. Some friends of mine actually convinced me, just over a year ago, that people might be interested in what I have to say, if instead of vomiting information over people when they express interest, I write it down. Therefore, my bliki was born. Now when people ask me about my area of expertise, instead of giving them a lecture, I elegantly refer them to my bliki.

Its in my description: another freaky blog to make me busy so I dont have to do anything!

And that sometimes I write and write the flow of my thoughts and it works as nice self-therapy

    everyone's story is very different!

I started blogging because I love fashion and I wanted to create a place online where girls like me could go to find good fashion. there's alot of bullshit fashion online..

I didn't do it for any money because there are no ads on the site besides the weebly and godaddy ones not ads I make money from!
