My daughter had just recently undergone surgery of her ureters due to ureteral reflux. Her ureters are not properly in placed resulting to frequent urinary tract infection. I question myself why my daughter is having this congenital disease when I was super careful when I was still pregnant of her. And I learned from my daughter's surgeon that many babies are having congenital diseases nowadays. Why is this so?
