   i don't make any money. i don't like the idea of ads being on my blog. i do it to help develop my writing. i want to make a career out of it (writing, not blogging) and it seemed the best way to start.

   I blog because I enjoy writing about my experiences in pregnancy, even though I'm not a great writer. I don't care about earning money from it - that's why I work! But if someone is handing out free money, I wouldn't be against taking it, so just let me know...

   My reasons have changed over time..but i will say that i now blog because i enjoy doing so. And more importantly meeting people from all over the place. It's a real rush when you speak/meet with some of your readers.

    I started blogging to promote myself on Etsy (I sell handmade jewellery), because it's highly recommended as a promotion strategy. I kept blogging because I find it enjoyable and lots of people left nice comments like 'you have a very wacky writing style' (some people even get past that to write that they like my jewellery), which was kind of a challenge to come up with an even wackier blog entry the next day (and maybe even a nicer piece of jewellery).

    I make no money from blogging.....I started as a way of clearing my head on a daily basis....then it turned into political commentary and I gained a readership. So now I'm doing it to clear my head, create dialog and inspire others to think about political/social issues, and because I enjoy the back and forth between other bloggers.
    
    It has also served as a great scratch pad for a book. With rising readership, and slowly getting into online publication (not blogger powered) I am inching my way into a more journalistic world, and hopefully it will help me get published. In which case, I would make some money....which would be nice.

    My purpose for blogging is to discuss and share with people some observations which might help us to understand the root cause of all conflict, violence, anxiety and other things which makes this society immoral. I am a student of the human mind - I do not want to make a statement or promote any theory or anything like that. The things I post are not analysis - just observations - I have been doing that for long - my blog gives me a way to post my thoughts and further refine them thru discussions.

    Writing is a great stress reliever. Plus its fun. Plus you never know who you'll meet. It has educational benefits. It adds to personal enlightenment.

    I started blogging because I wrote a lot and friend suggest I blog and make money at the same time. However once I thought about it and the concept of my blog. I decided I wanted to make something that could benefit people, something people would enjoy, and then if I made money then so be it, if not I just wanted to do something I would be proud of.
    
    I'm very new to blogging my Blogozine is just 2 1/2 months old and I am very proud of it so mission accomplished, and I have just started making some money. So I'm very glad to be doing it.
