Why atheism?

I recently read a book called "The Morals of the Muslim," the book discusses morality in a philosophical way, In my blog post I provide an ethical argument the Islamic view.

    "Why should we waste our times saying the Islamic view is wrong, it is simply life-denying." I believe in this, and know I ask:

    Why should we waste our times saying the Catholic/Christian view is wrong(for the Muslim we are infidels), it is simply life-denying

    "Perhaps the religious way of living aims at avoiding the feeling of misery and not overcoming misery" I don't I believe in this?? Religion as made the world poor, wars are fighted because of religion, and battle that seens it will last for ever.
