Why did Pizza Hut change to Pasta Hut????????????????

Why on earth did they do such a thing? Nobody ever thought that they would go to Pizza Hut to get a Pasta in the first place!
I absolutely LOVE piza hut, the pizza's there are amazing, really really yummy.
But why this? and now i think they've changed it back?
Confused. Don't think that was a very good idea.

Because they serve more than just pizza. They're serving pasta dishes and pizza.

It's what companies do when business gets stale. They add a new feature, change their signage, update their look. Pizza Hut changing to Pasta Hut (even if only temp) got your attention, right? THAT was the point.

Then, maybe the fact that I didn't know indicates that there aren't as many Pizza Huts around anymore--in fact, I don't know of any around where I live, when I used to see them everywhere.

So, apparently, business isn't going so well, and they're going for a radical re-vamping.

  My closest Pizza Hut closed last year. I guess they are trying new things in hopes of making it.

The pizza hut near us (200 mile round trip) has closed, but I never went there anyways the service was awful and the pizzas toppings were very very skimpy! My friend and I argued with them one time, saying this doesn't look like the picture on the menu at all. They got really frustrated and rude to us about it.

I never eat at Pizza Hut (and I won't start eating at Pasta Hut). I am a true pizza snob and theirs is terrible! Give me Stromboli's Pizza in NYC, right smack at the corner of St. Mark's Place and 1st Ave.
