Because it is very, very polyboring. Who on Earth would want to know how Polybore fixed their fridge freezer, or the Polybore Car for that matter. Re syncing the audio in an .avi file, how dull is that. The less said about Polybore's worm friends the better...
It goes on and on, each post even more boring than the last. -

Because i do the complete opposite of what you're supposed to do in order to garner traffic and thus be a successful blog.
I don't comment on other blogs because, honestly, i haven't really found any that interest me. That's not to say that there aren't alot of good blogs out there. I just haven't found any that appeal to me personally. I'm sure there are great blogs about parenting, photography, IT, etc. But those just happen to not be subjects i have interest in or know anything about.
I don't link to other blogs because, again, i don't visit any other blogs regularly. I don't ask to be reviewed. That's mostly because i don't know if anyone can review my blog objectively without personal opinions getting in the way. And plus, it's bare. I don't care to make it flashy and i keep it basic. It's just about content. I also have a writing style that turns alot of people off.
But the main reason my blog "sucks" in terms of not being what a good blog is supposed to be, is because i generally write about issues that make people uncomfortable. But that's the point. I blog to vent mostly, and thus talk about things i can't talk about during the usual, light small-talk party conversation.
But if you're interested in hearing a misanthrope bitch about serious issues like rape, sex, racism, and atheism, feel free to stop by. It's cathartic more than anything else. If people enjoy it (which a few do, surprisingly), cool.
Here's something funny: I have been reviewed a few times by other bloggers. And the reviews, as well as some comments left on my blog, all mention how funny my blog is. LOL I don't really try to be funny. I just type exactly as i'd speak. -
Codesucker- Awesome. Thanks. And yes, APBTs are the best dogs in the world.
As far as sucking, i just mean i don't do what bloggers generally do just because it's difficult to since my subject matter is controversial and incendiary. But i may make an effort to in the future. I just don't seem to fit any one category so it's difficult. But if anyone wants to link to me (as one feminist website recently did), that's fine.
Again, i don't want to be condescending to anyone. I'd just like to find more blogs where people can be completely honest and say how they really feel about important issues and offer their own unique perspective on life. I was just surprised to see how few people use their blog as an outlet to vent. But, of course, there is a place for blogs devoted to individual subjects. They're important, too. The blogs specifically made for monetary gain are the ones i can do without.
In our society, we're conditioned to avoid conflict and be polite. No one wants to stand out. No one wants to be that one person in a group who's different. We condition our kids to be followers unfortunately. That has to stop and it's an issue i'm going to post more about. We live in a society where we're conditioned to always smile and look at the bright side.
I don't think people are angry enough. I don't think people raise their voices enough. And yeah, i'll say it... fighting can be a GOOD thing.
There's alot of fighting... just not enough of it is for the right reasons. People need to start standing their ground and worrying less about the superficial nonsense that brings them comfort.
You see rape is a big subject on my blog. I don't blame the victims for what happened, as so many others so (including some WOMEN!). But i do feel too many simply lay down and let the perpetrators off easy. I very much believe in victims standing up for themselves and fighting. That's the central theme of my blog, if i have one: the exploited, violated, and victimized standing their ground and fighting.
I'm just an angry person i guess

Marz,
good blog
You are spot on when you say: "In our society, we're conditioned to avoid conflict and be polite. No one wants to stand out. No one wants to be that one person in a group who's different. We condition our kids to be followers unfortunately. That has to stop and it's an issue i'm going to post more about. I don't have a problem with optimism. I have a problem with intellectual laziness and complacency. Too many people think "Oh, everything happens for a reason" or believe in karma. But that's just laziness really, imo. It brings people comfort to believe that bad events occur for a greater reason. And they want to believe that justice will be served one way or another in the end.
But that doesn't always happen. It's time to become a bit more realistic and face the truth that there are serious problems facing us and realize action has to be taken. -
mine kinda sucks because I don't spend a lot of time on making it pretty....in appearance it's rather generic. I also don't think before I post so I'm sure the image I have presented is not the most flattering image in the world (I mean, I announced to the world that I found cake in my underwear drawer and that I like to hook up with drug dealers).
so that's why mine sucks.

My blog sucks because only ten people come to it per day. There are no pictures to go with my posts because I dropped my camera and now it won't take pictures. And, it especially sucks because I only made 64 cents off AdSense -- so I took it off because it was doing nothing but making my blog look ugly...
-
Because it's been scientifically proven. They did a comparison between my blog, the most powerful vacuum cleaner, and a black hole, to see which one sucked the most.
My blog won. -

My blog sucks because it is written entirely too well. There are pictures in the posts that distract the reader. The blog is way too organized and easy to navigate. The posts make too much sense and are easy to become addicted to (which is never a good thing). My blog sucks because it sucks you in and refuses to let you go. You should never, under any circumstance, visit my blog. It sucks that bad.

Because the visitors tell me they like my blog, email me to tell me they like my blog. And of course that is it, they don't ever bother that I am exist, they like my blog so much, and thats only my blog, not me. My blog stole everything from me..

My blog sucks because I don't know enough about wordpress to make it look exactly like I want it to. But, if I did, it would be really sexy.
