Why doesn't my blog listing have a picture?

My blog just has a blank black picture where the thumbnail of my site should be. Am I supposed to do something to make the picture appear like everyone else's?

    it will update.

    But you can go to Dashboard>Manage blogs> Manage> Thumbshot> Update Thumbshot, to request a new one.
