   I don't expect sweet corn on pizza in commercial establishments - at least not at popular pizza chains
   
   Although I have to admit, I've done minced meat and frozen veggies - carrots, peas and corn on home-made pizza before - but it tasted more like sandwich with melted cheese than pizza.

   It's because Americans love their processed cheese, and pile far too much of it on their pizzas (and I include myself in that generalization). Corn and cheese just don't blend well. If I were eating a pared-down version with veggies and a sprinkling of cheese, sparing on the sweet tomato sauce beneath, corn would be a perfectly acceptable topping. Baby corn would be even better.

    I just stick to my 5-topping pizzas .. chicken, beef, bacon, red peppers and pineapple .. you know - the 5 basic food groups.

    I'm in Canada, and I've never heard of putting corn on pizza either. Although I'm open minded (and open mouthed) so I'd certainly give it a try. I've eaten far weirder things.

    I like veggie pizza: mushrooms, onions, black olives, and garlic. The cheese is greasy enough, I don't like to add more with meats.

    pepperoni and anchovies is my fave, but I see nothing wrong with sweetcorn (maybe roasted). Never heard of it though. I remember seeing a much bigger choice of pizza toppings in the uk though.

    I haven't ever had corn on pizza but it sounds good to me! I love corn and always put some in salads. My own personal favorite pizza is nothing but cheese, tomato sauce, and garlic!

    Because Bush banned corn from the mainland united states in 2002 for collaborating with the axis of weevil, the only place within the American empire you can still buy corn is in American Samoa, they were exempt from the ban because their chief god is 92% corn.
    Repeal the corn laws!
