Why Easter Date is different between Eastern and Western Sides? - Toward a common Date of Easter!

It is known that Christian Easter Celebration Date became different between Eastern and Western Sides of the world, this difference took place in 1582, as a result of the decision made by the Western Church to start using the Gregorian Calendar -the standard calendar for much of the world- while the Eastern Church continued using the older Julian Calendar.
