   My answers are as follows:
   (1) Premium themes tend to more attractive, up to date and offer more options for customization by users.
   (2) Premium themes are fully supported and upgraded by their designers. Many designers have forums where users can receive and deliver peer support as well as designer support. Designers of premium themes work with their users to continually improve and enhance their themes, correct technical problems, and insure compatibility.
