   What is your requirement to review other blog? You have to own a blog!
   What makes me to review a business blog? Because I write about business and motivations; And for your information, I will not review about poetry, seo or sports!!!

      Well, usually reviewers talking about a niche have some unique experience in that niche, which is what makes them a desirable reviewer.
      
      Movie reviewers have a background in the film industry. Blog reviewers on SEO and technology typically have some sort of technology background to draw on.
      
      Business blog experts usually are qualified in some way, in order to be able to give effective reviews.
      
      It's all about having authority to back up opinion.
