I am considering offering a service to help people create or redesign their blogs with monetization and SEO thrown in...
Do u think anyone would PAY for that?
What is a reasonable cost?
$10, $50, $100, $500 etc?

    you're link isn't working.

That's a tough one: many people will want to do it themselves...

Isn't your site just a modified template done by somebody else?

Your site is on Joomla - do you think people with wordpress will trust that?

What about people on Blogger, or Typepad, etc .. what about them?

These are questions people are thinking - at least, I am! Maybe if you had some portfolio or proof that you are capable of offering such a service before either you or the percieved public and future clients can determine what price is fair. You might have to do a few "freebies" to get your name known .. maybe with your brand in the footer. Or, perhaps a template with a support site for it. It's obvious there are a few floating around, and with a lot of affiliate links attached to that template, that there is a market and people are indeed looking for better, more professional looking templates, and something more current and future-proof, beside the SEO benefit, of a new template.

PS I like the way your logo looks now - although, I would go thinner on the red line

aside from the weird 2 row navigation, its actually a pretty nice template.

yeah - but, I think that can be fixed if the page names were shortened ..

e.g. instead of "about us" = "about"

ditto - privacy, terms, contact, services ....

      Fixed! hahaa

if your going to do that you really have to know what you are doing, people would only have to look at your blogs and see what sort of thing they are going to get. Just throwing a template at someone isnt going to cut it.

Edit - You also state that 'We specialize not only in web design, mini microsites, temporary internet presence (TIP), search engine optimization (SEO), powerpoint design and more.'

You didnt know what clean urls were the other day and your site is still not optimized for search engines.

Dont take it the wrong way you have to really think about this, if you pay 10 dollars you get what you deserve, but selling it and then sticking someone elses template on is just wrong.

Could you alter the following, css, meta tags, xml, html, optimize web loading times, altering all settings (knowing about all of them in wordpress, tp, blogspot) do original logos and not a template one with the words altered (but the same design)

Even you TOS and privacy policy are copied from other places.

You may offer the service for cheap, but I dont want anyone to claim they can do something when they cant.

I see you can offer database driven sites, do you know anything about databases.

I would pay only if I have discovered the tools that work for me.

I ask this before in another forum. Usually, they wont want to buy a template. They rather download a template and do it themselves. So no point selling your service unless its really something which they can't do themselves.

If you google "blog services", you'll see there are already quite a few people trying to sell this service. The price seems to range anywhere from $250-$300 for initial setup, and then a recurring monthly fee to do maintenence, upgrades, etc. The key seems to be providing links to blogs you have designed or setup as proof of your ability.

yes i'll surely pay for it. but firstly i'll get my hands dirty

Yes, I would if I couldn't do it myself, but I make and sell my own blogger template designs. I also do some designs I give for free on my blog templatize.blogspot.com.
