so i recently starting posting my full-length mystery novel 'WILTED' on my blog (jaydenvasara.blogspot.com)

here's the synopsis:

For homicide detective Brandon Ryder, murder victims fall into two categories—those who deserved it and those who didn’t. Nick Scott probably deserved it. A controversial scientist by day and a playboy bachelor by night, Nick’s life is a decadent one—until he’s found executed in his own apartment, the victim of a supposed lover’s quarrel.

An arrest is made quickly, but the seemingly open-and-shut case takes an unexpected turn when Kylie Ward, the suspect’s roommate, begins her own investigation. Delving headfirst into Nick’s corrupt affairs, she quickly stumbles across a startling connection that links Nick to Antonio Giovanni, a ruthless mob boss with impeccable manners and sadistic appetites. Daunted but determined to help her friend, Kylie begins moving in Antonio’s illicit circles—circles that carry her deep into a glittering world of designer drugs and bloody calling cards. But Antonio becomes the least of Kylie’s problems when a frustrated Detective Ryder spots her at a Mafia party, making drug-related small talk and ruining his meticulously planned stake-out. Even worse, when Ryder confronts her, she again blows him off—continuing her clumsy investigation with brazen confidence and relentless determination.

Torn between grudging respect and abject fury, Ryder can’t deny the sparks flying between them; sparks guaranteed to start a fire if he doesn’t stay away. But as the stakes grow higher, Ryder discovers the only way to keep Kylie safe is to keep her close—because Antonio is protecting a very expensive secret, one that Kylie is dangerously close to uncovering…

...i'm looking to entertain you and get some writing feedback from anyone interested in following the story. i hope you enjoy it!

Keep writing, Jayden, and finish the book. I can already visualize it on the big screen, with you at home up to your neck in greenbacks.

I'm thinking about posting my novel in a blog. I actually find your story quite intriguing. I would suggest that you not include the entire story on your blog in order to sell it at some later date. I'll fab or subscribe to your blog and show my support. Take care and keep up the fine work.
