   I just perused your site and am basing my suggestion off of the content on your site. I hope your radio show is similar, otherwise this entry is going to be for naught.
   
   Okay, I think it might be interesting to investigate the idea of toxic relationships and how you can have an immediate family member who is toxic in terms of their personality, the advice they give, etc.
   
   While this is not a new concept (you spoke of it in your vampire post) I think the angle is interesting. It is so difficult to mentally step back and see that, perhaps your father or your sister is giving you negative feedback, negativity in general. I think society tries to foster the idea of community and family, but there are negative people out there. And sometimes those negative people are inside your family.
   
   When one is able to mentally shut off the negative flow coming from that family member or friend, it is amazing what kind of relief follows.
   
   That's my idea: identifying negative influences in your life (entertaining the thought that those negative vibes might be coming from trusted family members) and how to eliminating them.
